ook_<libraryPrefix>_faceplateTabsToOpen()
This function allows tabs to be added to or deleted from a faceplate before the faceplate is opened.

Description
This function allows tabs to be added to or deleted from a faceplate before the faceplate is opened.
For example, you can extend or restrict the list of the panels and their paths depending on the data point, the user and the time of day.
