Can I use AMQP in WinCC OA?

The integration of an AMQP interface within WinCC OA is not planned.

It is planned to implement a MQTT driver to fulfill requirements like connecting WinCC OA to IoT for future versions of WinCC OA.
The MQTT driver will not be able to talk to AMQP due to the fact that these are different protocols based on the idea of a publish and subscribe mechanism.

Please verify if MQTT can be used in the WinCC OA project.
