How can the maximum offline error state be considered for the calculation of the error state if the nodes in a redundant project loose the connection to each other?

Use the config entry “useOfflineErrorStateInfo = 1” in the section [calcstate]. The maximum offline error state is the maximum error state during the time when there is no connection between the redundant servers. The system sets the maximum offline error state to null on both nodes at the beginning of the recovery.

The default value of useOfflineErrorStateInfo is 0. This means that normally if the nodes in a redundant project lose the connection to each other and then can establish a connection again, the system stops the node with the highest error state and the node recovers.

The DP-element _ReduHost(_2).offlineErrorStatus will be set to a value > 0 if there is a difference between the actual and the maximum error state during the time when there was no connection between the redundant servers. The value of the offlineErrorStatus is the result of the difference between these two values – actual and maximum error state.
