PVSS00event - PARAM/WARNING - Datapoint does not exist, DP: :_original.._value
Enclosed you'll find the explanation for a log-message which can occur during startup of the project or when starting a driver. The log-message is written to the PVSS_II.log-file.
PVSS00event (0), 2012.05.16 12:13:21.015, PARAM,WARNING, 7, Datapoint does not exist, DP: :_original.._value, MAN: (SYS: 1 Driver -num 7 CONN: 1)
Log-message with symbolic names:
PVSS00event (0), <TIMESTAMP>, PARAM,WARNING, 7, Datapoint does not exist, DP: :_original.._value, MAN: (SYS: 1 Driver -num <driver-number> CONN: 1)
This log-message describes that the internal datapoint _DriverX(_2) for the datapoint-type _DriverCommon is missing.
X has to be substituted with the driver-number you are using, the driver-number is also displayed at the log-message with the keyword Driver –num <driver-number>.
In case of a redundant system you also have to create the datapoint _DriverX_2.
After creating the datapoints the drivers with the given number have to be restarted.
