This log-message describes that the WinCC OA OPC Client could not start the OPC-server at the computer given at the keyword <hostname>.
If this log-message occurs please check the DCOM-settings at the remote computer using the program dcomcnfg.
An explanation for the DCOM-settings can be found at the WinCC OA Documentation.
To check if the problem only occurs when using the WinCC OA OPC Client you could install another OPC-client at the same computer where WinCC OA is installed. Afterwards please check if a remote startup of the OPC-server is possible with this OPC-client.
If startup is also not possible the problem might not be caused by the WinCC OA OPC Client.
