PVSS00valarch - IMPL/SEVERE - Found file for set but the state in header is set to 1, so file is ignored even though its present

Enclosed you'll find the explanation for a log-message which occurs during startup of the project. The log-message is written to the PVSS_II.log-file.

PVSS00valarch(4), 2012.01.24 14:50:49.885, IMPL, SEVERE, 54, Unexpected state, Found file AR_0004_2010.07.10.14.07.24 for set 6287, but the state in header is set to 1, so file is ignored even though it's present , [Archive.cpp:704]

Log-message with symbolic names:

PVSS00valarch(4), <TIMESTAMP>, IMPL, SEVERE, 54, Unexpected state, Found file <archive-filename> for set <archive-index>, but the state in header is set to 1, so file is ignored even though it's present , [Archive.cpp:704]

This log-message describes that an archive-file is found at the VA-directory which is already marked as deleted (state 1 = deleted).
The file with the filename <archive-filename> has to be deleted manually at the filesystem to get rid of this log-message.
Afterwards please check if the log-message does not occur at the next startup.

If you want to have the files "online" again you can perform the following procedure:
-- make the configuration for a backup-device at the configuration panels for the value-archive (System Management --> Database --> Database configuration)
-- copy the value-archive-files (listed at the log-messages) to the backup-directory
-- stop the project
-- remove the files from the VA-directory at the project
-- start the project
-- restore the files using the "Activity"-panel for the value-archive (System Management --> Database --> Database configuration)
