Enclosed you'll find the explanation for a log-message which can occur during runtime or at startup of the project. The log-message is written to the PVSS_II.log-file.

This block of messages describe that the number of dp-elements assigned to an archive exceeds the number of possible dp-elements. It can occur during startup or when configuring/activating new _archive-configs.

The configuration for the number of dp-elements is made at the “Size”-tab for the value-archive-configuration.
Please increase the value for the parameter “Max. number of DP elements” and make afterwards a fileswitch for this archive.
To ensure that the configuration of the _archive-configs is updated you could make an ASCII-export and ASCII-import of the _archive-configs (filter P + selection _archive at the ASCII-manager-panel).

The number of dp-elements assigned to an archive can be determined with the “Statistics”-function of the value-archive (System Management --> Database --> Database Configuration).
