This year WEKA Industrie Medien organized the EVA B2B Event Award for the second time. The aim of the EVA Award is to provide a platform of the numerous award-winning projects from the colorful landscape of B2B events in Austria and raising the awareness and benchmarks for successful event management in the economy. The contributors include companies from all over Austria, their agencies and NPO's, organizing business events.
On December 13th this award ceremony, in the style of the 50s, took place in the unmistakable ambience of Gartenbaukino, the largest cinema hall in Vienna. The events were awarded in 5 different main categories.
From more than 100 submissions, we have been awarded with the 3rd place in the category "Best B2B Event (GT50)" with our WinCC OA User Days Vienna 2018. Our WinCC OA User Days, took place in May 2018 in Vienna. The motto was: Culture versus Modernity. We invited 300 partners and customers from 33 different nations. The highlight of this 3-days event was the presentation of our new software version: WinCC OA 3.16 in the concert hall of the Vienna Boys Choir. The participants explored Vienna's Ringstrasse with a specially branded old-timer-tram and tasted the traditional Austrian cuisine.
