openHelp()

The openHelp method implements which chapter of the online help is opened when clicking the Help button (btn_help) in the base panel wincc_oa_path/panels/vision/login.pnl. This is ideally a chapter related to the base panel wincc_oa_path/panels/vision/login.pnl or the child panel of the base panel.
