Redundancy on backup

Online backup is also possible with redundant systems. The following should be considered in connection with the emergency or backup mode:

CAUTION: A redundant project does not start if the other system is in backup or emergency mode.

If the start system is in OM / EM and if an attempt is made to start the alternative system, the system is not able to copy the database and the alternative system is therefore not started. The Data Manager of the alternative system reports "creating pipe for switch requests....." and "freezes". The console itself does not respond to the dbase.status.
