Start of WinCC OA

WinCC OA can be started using the start cascade of the operating system via Start -> Programs -> Siemens Automation -> Runtime Systems -> WinCC OA 3.18 ->WinCC OA Project Administration.

The project administration displays a list of all projects that are currently installed on the specific computer. A "project" in WinCC OA is a run capable unit, created for explicit use (user interfaces, scripts, data points, ...). In WinCC OA several projects can be administered on one computer - normally only one project will be started at a particular time.

By selecting a project from the list and clicking the symbol, the console and the log viewer are started. Via the console you can start the project. The log viewer is used to control the start process.
