Display of Configs in Module PARA

Control functionalities for individual process variables (data point elements) are called "configs" in WinCC OA. The descriptions for the configs could be shown differently depending on the language in the earlier versions of WinCC OA. Today only the so-called "neutral description" is permitted, following english expressions.

For all languages, the neutral identifier of the configs is shown. The available document shows exclusively the neutral config identifiers.
