WCCILevent - PARAM/WARNING - EvManager, connectSourceDp, duplicate element ignored

Enclosed you'll find the explanation for a log-message which can be displayed during startup of the event manager. The log-message is written to the PVSS_II.log-file.

Log message with symbolic names:

WCCILevent (0),<TIMESTAMP>, PARAM,WARNING, 54, Unexpected state, EvManager, connectSourceDp, duplicate element ignored: <DP-element>

For the <DP-element> a DP-element or a DP-type + element is specified.

This log-message describes that the config entry copyDp for the given DP element or copyDpType for the given DP type + element is defined more than once in the config, config.level or config.redu-file in your project or any of the sub-projects. Including the config.level and config.redu file for the installed version.

It has no negative effect on the project. You should, however, check and correct the config-files to avoid this error.

This error occurs if the config.redu-file is copied from the installed version into the project directory.

The standard settings are already configured in the config.redu-file and there is no need to specify them again in the config.redu-file of your project.
