Advanced Settings (Client)
This panel allows to configure advanced client parameters.
Title/Qualifier
AP Title
AP-title is an object identifier which is assigned by the network naming authority. It represents the application process title for the particular application process.
An object identifier is a sequence of integer values representing an application in the OSI model.
The value of AP-title shall be quoted according to the format specified for OSI object identifiers (www.oid-info.com). The characters allowed to be used are 0 to 9 and comma (,), the maximum number of commas allowed in this field is 8. If the field is left empty the parameter is not transmitted (also see note below).
The following table shows the meaning of the first character.

AE Qualifier
AE-qualifier is an integer value used to qualify the application entity. The allowed range according to the IEC standard is 0 to 99999. If you set this parameter to -1 it is not transmitted (see also note below).
Invoke
AP Invoke ID
The AP-invoke ID is an integer value used to identify an invocation instance of the application process. The allowed range according to the IEC standard is 0 to 99999. If you set this parameter to -1 it is not transmitted (see also note below).
AE Invoke ID
The AE-invoke ID is an integer value used to identify an invocation instance of the application entity. The allowed range according to the IEC standard is 0 to 99999. If you set this parameter to -1 it is not transmitted (see also note below).
TCP
PSEL
The presentation selector is used to identify a presentation service access point. The maximum number of characters allowed is 16.
SSEL
The session selector is used to identify a session service access point. The maximum number of characters allowed is 16.
TSEL
The transport selector is used to identify a transport service access point. The maximum number of characters allowed is 8.
The values for PSEL, SSEL and TSEL must be entered in hexadecimal format, Characters allowed are 0 to 9 and A to F. The entry must contain an even number of visible characters.
