Setting of special days or holidays
The special days or holidays can also be configured by normal users without extended configuration rights for the Communication Center. A list of special days can be used when configuring operating time and priority. By clicking the button for the configuration of special and holidays, new special days can be created or existing days changed (since many special days are not on the same day each year).
