Individual trends
With WinCC OA it is easy to create the most varied trend diagrams for universal use. With the two widgets value-time trend and bar trend (see also Bar trend and Trend), a wide range of requirements can be covered. For instance, the axes can be transposed in the value-time trend widget (as in rotary chart recorder). It is also possible to use value-over-value trends with an implicit time relationship (as in an oscilloscope in XY mode). The examples in the DemoApplication illustrate some of the user trends that can be implemented as customized designs.
Surface profile (Production)
Open a small bar trend in the production panel by clicking on the button next to the scanner. This trend is not used for displaying value-time relationships but to indicate the spatial deviation of a product's surface from an ideal line over an analyzed cross-section.
Individual trends with two areas (Weather station)
With the value-time trend widget, different trend areas can be configured to display different curves. This type of trend with two separate display areas has been used in the weather station example.
