Emergency Mode

WinCC OA automatically monitors the available virtual memory as well as the hard disk space. If values fall short of the predefined threshold, the system assumes that there is a computer global resource problem (viruses, memory leaks, corrupt programs) and switches to a secure mode in order to protect the own database integrity. You can identify the emergency mode through the messages in the alert screen as well as outputs in the logViewer.
